Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Archangel Labs website and any products supplied by Archangel Labs, including orders placed by customers of the partner brands Archangel Labs fulfils for (currently Peptide Angels, Peptides Weekly and GLP Heaven).
Archangel Labs is the supplier and seller of record for all products dispatched from this website. The partner brands operate their own websites, communities, memberships and editorial content under their own terms; those brand-specific terms apply in addition to these where relevant.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to:
- Access membership services
- Join the community
- Purchase products
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Memberships
Archangel Labs offers recurring membership plans (currently Feather, Wings, Halo and Divine), which may be purchased directly through this website or via the partner brands Archangel Labs fulfils for. The membership contract is between the customer and Archangel Labs in all cases.
Membership fees are charged monthly unless otherwise stated.
Minimum subscription term. All paid memberships (Feather, Wings, Halo and Divine) have a minimum term of four (4) consecutive monthly billing cycles from the date of the first successful payment. Members agree to pay for the full 4-month minimum term even if they request cancellation during that period; cancellations submitted within the minimum term take effect at the end of the 4th billing cycle.
After the 4-month minimum term, subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 30 days before the next billing date.
Members may submit a cancellation request at any time, but the minimum term and 30-day notice period apply.
Cancellation prevents future charges once the minimum term and notice period have elapsed but does not entitle a member to a refund for the current or prior billing periods.
Membership benefits such as community access (e.g. the Peptide Angels Discord) and editorial subscriptions (e.g. the Peptides Weekly newsletter) are provided by the relevant partner brand on behalf of Archangel Labs members.
4. Community Rules
Where Archangel Labs or a partner brand operates a community space (such as the Peptide Angels Discord), members must:
- Treat others respectfully
- Not harass, threaten or abuse other members
- Not post illegal content
- Not provide medical advice
- Not engage in fraudulent activity
The relevant partner brand (or Archangel Labs, where it operates the community directly) reserves the right to suspend or terminate community access or memberships where these rules are breached.
5. Educational Content
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing on this website or within the community should be considered:
- Medical advice
- Healthcare advice
- Treatment recommendations
- Clinical guidance
Always seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional regarding health matters.
6. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance.
Archangel Labs reserves the right to:
- Refuse orders
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders
- Restrict access to services
at its sole discretion.
7. Delivery
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Daily mail cut-off is 3pm UK time — orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, and orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day.
One of the following delivery options must be selected at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery (+£4) — aims to deliver within 2 working days from dispatch, with online tracking.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery (+£7) — aims to deliver the next working day when ordered before the daily cut-off of 3pm UK time, with online tracking. Orders placed after 3pm UK time, at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (+£12) — aims to deliver by 1pm the next working day when ordered before the daily cut-off of 3pm UK time.
- Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery (+£20) — for orders outside the United Kingdom. Aims to deliver within 5–7 working days from dispatch, with online tracking. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or charges levied by the destination country.
Delivery time estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Where a paid delivery upgrade is not delivered within the expected window due to a failure on the part of Royal Mail, you may be entitled to a refund of the upgrade fee on request. The cost of the products themselves remains payable.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of order.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Products and services are provided “as is”.
- We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or suitability.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Trading name & registered entity
Archangel Labs is a trading name of Aplanty Impact Limited (Company No. 14473243), registered in England & Wales at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR.

Archangel Labs is the data controller for personal information collected through this website in connection with orders, payment, dispatch and customer support. Archangel Labs is based in England & Wales and processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Where you reach this website from a partner brand (Peptide Angels, Peptides Weekly or GLP Heaven), that partner brand is the data controller for its own website, newsletter, community and membership records. Information you provide to a partner brand on its own platforms is governed by that brand's privacy notice. Archangel Labs and the partner brands share only the minimum personal data needed to fulfil your order and provide associated services.

Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the products supplied — sterile, sealed research materials intended solely for lawful research, laboratory and educational purposes — all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. Products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded except in the limited circumstances set out below.
This policy reflects standard industry practice for research chemicals and is necessary to safeguard product sterility, integrity, traceability and the safety of other research customers. Items that have left our custody cannot be verified as untampered and cannot be re-sold or re-introduced into stock.
Where the buyer is acting as a consumer under UK consumer law, products supplied by Archangel Labs are sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once the seal on a product has been broken. Most customers purchase in a research, laboratory or business capacity and the statutory consumer cancellation right does not apply to those orders at all.
Exception: Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
The sole exception to the all-sales-final policy is where an order arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (a product other than what was ordered)
- Missing items listed on the order
In these cases, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery via the contact form, quoting your 5-digit order reference. Photographic evidence may be requested. Where the issue is confirmed, Archangel Labs will at its discretion replace the affected item(s) or issue a refund for them.
Memberships
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Members may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, subject to the minimum term and notice period set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates provided by Royal Mail are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs
- Couriers
- Weather
- Industrial action
- Events outside our reasonable control
Where a paid delivery upgrade fails to meet its expected window due to a Royal Mail failure, the upgrade fee may be refundable on request as set out in the Terms & Conditions. The cost of the products themselves remains payable.
